I have 2 pretty rooms furnished with bed , dresser , smart TV , table with chair ,clothing closet. I prefer single young people ,young professional workers, students . The room ($650 ) and the other smaller room ( $600 ) are available right now January 2025 The rent includes utilities, Internet Wifi . The deposit: $500 . The lease term is flexible: month by month , 3-6 months .The first month of rent will be due on the move in date + security deposit My house is located on a peaceful Eastside neighborhood on a quiet main road about 7 minutes drive to Western Michigan University campus, Kalamazoo College and 3-4 minutes to Downtown Kalamazoo, which offers stores , shopping malls restaurants, night clubs , bars and train station and in proximity to bus stops We share the kitchen ,microwave, refrigerator , Washer/ Dryer . There is a full bathroom in the upper floor. The second shower room with the sink and 1 separate restroom both are located in the basement . With Smart Keyless entry doors that are convenient for my potential roommates . Outdoor Security cameras system helps offer more protection and give us more peace of mind There is a spacious parking area ( private driveway) at the back of the house . There is also a deck with a pretty gazebo attached outside in the driveway, And the last but not least , I need your background report before you can move in officially. .
