A clean and cozy private room is available for rent in a bedroom house and peaceful neighborhood. The room comes furnished with a bed, desk and chair, and offers plenty of natural light on the 1st floor. You'll have shared access to a modern kitchen, bathroom, living room, in-unit laundry, and backyard. The house will be shared with me and my wife (we live on 2nd floor). You will have the whole 1st floor to yourself until there's another housemate. Location: 10 minutes from ODU, 15 mins from Norfolk Naval Base & Little Creek Base.
